MAKE FREAKING THINGS HAPPEN -
I am going to write that essay,
Read that novel,
(Write on my word doc journal, maybe a blog post?).
I decided that apart from my staple breakfast (oats with cookies + coffee)
I NEED to start eating WORDS.
Just like there is healthy food, there are also healthy words; healthy words that are sometimes stronger than the vitamins.
So in that morning bowl of cereal with edible letters, should also be powerful words that must be swallowed, feeding your body with nutrition as well as your mind with strength.
There is no
better motivator than yourself. The words which you produce are also the
words you consume. (whether you choose to or not)
Out of your mouth,
into your ears,
hearing it not once but twice and processing it thrice.
into your ears,
hearing it not once but twice and processing it thrice.
So, when you
say “I am stupid”, your body hears it processes
it and subconsciously believes it.
Then, when you least expect it, like at times
when you feel like everything is falling apart – your sub-consciousness activates
and controls your mind and then body and allows the words “I am stupid”, really become “I” , “AM” , S-T-U-P-I-D, STUPID” . The words do not just process
but it consumes the you. Consumes the whole body, eating you up. Slowly, and painfully- mentally.
Likewise, when you tell yourself “I am Conqueror!” (for example)– an everyday mantra; an everyday bowl of cereal; an everyday vitamin of mental strength.
Allow the words "I AM A CONQUEROR" to consume you.

SO when it
does consume you, it takes over your mind, and then body. It consumes you to the extent that your eyes see the surreal, your reality becomes that happy dream from two years ago - most importantly,
YOU BECOME THE BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF.
That's what I believe matters.
(Not being similar or better than another but being the BEST version YOU could be!)
(I question myself SO many times as to why I selected to write positive posts - but I realised I need it SO much and I hope those who need it too get as empowered as me)
